Foie Gras Tarrine Pinch Bistro Bangsar

Pinch Bistro at Bangsar – A Pinch of Traditional French Food

Pinch Bistro – Bangsar

We are so interested in the Pinch bistro located at Jalan Bakung Bangsar is because they serve Foie Gras and a good list of the wine. Serving Foie Gras can be seen as an authentic and legit French restaurant based on ordinary foodie folks. Only a few restaurants serve Foie Gras, so we are looking forward to those restaurants that serve this food on their menu.

There are many wine varieties that you can choose from, and there is a few good wines that come from French. When it comes to wine, Pinch Bistro Bangsar has a good list of wines for you to choose from. They also have a good glass wine selection to drink if you can’t finish a bottle.

Outdoor and indoor dining area

Outdoor Area

There are two areas for dining, outdoor and indoor. Both dining areas offer a cozy and pleasant environment to enjoy your food. We prefer their outdoor dining as it has more rooms and we can be loud with our noise when talking.

The Bar Bites – Pinch Bistro Bangsar

Fried Calamari with Mayonnaise

We get their crispy calamari with fiery mayonnaise out from many selections to choose from. The first reason is that we want to know how their fried the calamari. If it is overcooked, the calamari will taste like eating rubber. The cook also needs to control the oil to ensure it is not too oily after being fried. Overall it tastes good, crispy, and less oily than we expected.

Foie Gras

This is the dish that we have been waiting for, Foie Gras. The buttery sensation that floods the mouth sensory is what you can expect from good Foie Gras. The peach is a great thing that you can use as a sorbet to clear your palate taste. The sourdough toast really goes well with the Foie Gras dish. Overall do order this for a rich sense of taste.

Beef Bourguignon

Beef Bourguignon is a well-known dish and the most popular for Pinch Bistro Bangsar. It is a beef stew cooked with red wine and beef stock. The serving of mashed potatoes is generous too, and it is not a typically French food with little serving. This main dish will make your stomach quite full actually.
